Allstate Insurance Sucks

We tried to get insurance from Allsnake on our home. It's 70 yrs. old, My wife and I are in our early 70's. After 2 weeks, Allstate issued a letter of cancelation for having debris on porch. Reason #1, What they call debris was all my plant potting equipment and pots/tools. Reason #2, We have a hot tub next to bedroom with window faceing north with a vent fan in it.We put a door over to keep the north wind from coming in so it was listed as window boarded up. The 3rd item has some merit which is the roof of garage need some repair when funds are available from our fixed income. We did not receive any notice or given a chance to correct any problems, Just a letter of cancelation. Then to top it off they want us to pay for the 16 days they said we had insurance. If we had needed to file a claim during those 16 days I can imagine they would have said we were not covered. That's the way Allsnakes does it!

MY POINT IS THEY ARE CORRUPT AND DOING PEOPLE WRONG.

If anyone has insurance with these people please cancel and help spread the word about their wrong doings. The only way to fight large companies is with the lose of accounts and money.

Our Only Hope

Allstate Insurance Sucks"There is no incentive for insurance companies to do what is right, such as live up to the promises made in their policies. Tort reformers fueled by insurance money think big business and the insurance industry need to be protected against "runaway juries." It's the other way around. Big business and the insurance industry have always been able to take care of themselves. The little people need protection from them. This country was founded on the common law right of the little guy to get into court with his hired gun to fight the oppressor, be it big government or big business. Take that away and we have nothing left. Look around. It's being whittled away, bit by bit, caps on damages here, restrictions on jury trials there. It won't end until we recognize the enemy and join together to take a stand against them. It will take the little people to do this together".
